Great stay Positive: Property was as advertised. It was spacious and clean. Location was great and host was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in central London.

Fantastic stay in clean, modern apartment and very central location. Positive: We had a brilliant stay. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. The location was amazing. So close to the places we were visiting but on a quiet road so despite being right in covent garden noise wasn't bad, just usual city sounds! Tesco very close for food bits. Easy to access. Lovely en suites. I thought it was good value and thanks to the hosts for great communication. Negative: Nothing we didn't like, but I wouldn't recommend for families with small children. There are gaps in staircase and not a hand rail all the way down the stairs which my mother struggled with a little as she is nearly 80. Also as we were using sofa as a bed, an extra comfy chair would have been good.

We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, strategically placed at the back of the property for an oasis of calm—ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the welcome toiletries added a lovely, luxurious touch. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 2-minute stroll to Covent Garden, putting us right at the heart of the city's vibrant energy and attractions. The Welcome.London host went above and beyond with clear instructions, incredible responsiveness, and an incredibly kind approach that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It was a truly memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

Positive: Great location, lots of small cafes in the area and Tesco was just around the corner. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Negative: Not really brand new. Also need to pay a bit more attention with the cleaning of the property (floors and stairs a bit dusty and some kitchen utensils had stains). Note also there is no elevator and you need to tug your luggage up a long flight of stairs to reach the apartment (on checkout we asked the property managers to send someone to help with the luggage - which they did and we appreciate). Construction site opposite the building at the time of our stay and was woken up every day by the noise - hopefully just temporary.
